Packaged Living welcomes a new member to the team

Hope Harrison joins the team as Development Associate.

After a period of huge growth across the business, Packaged Living is delighted to introduce their newest recruit – Hope Harrison.

Hope has joined the Firm’s Development team, working alongside the Development Manager on concurrent projects across the business.

Before joining the Packaged Living Team, Hope worked as a Surveyor within the Transactional Development Agency team at Cluttons, focusing on the provision of advisory services on strategic land disposals and portfolio reviews. Hope also has experience in the development sector having previously worked as an Assistant Development Manager at private equity firm MBU Capital.

Hope will provide great support to Development Manager, Sophie Gunn, who has recently led the successful delivery of Milton Keynes’ exciting BTR scheme, The Almere, which is due to PC shortly.

Packaged Living’s multi-family platform, which is where Hope will be focusing her time, currently has a portfolio of over 3,000 homes in some of the UK’s major cities, including Cardiff, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Southampton, Newcastle, Leicester and Bournemouth.
