Ed Ellerington

Chief Executive Officer

Ed is CEO of Packaged Living and founded the business alongside Fiera Real Estate in 2018. Prior to Packaged Living, Ed was a director at Grainger Plc initially focused on financing and growing the group’s German Residential and Retirement Living platforms and more latterly, leading its investment into the Build to Rent sector. Ed is a chartered banker with c.20 years’ cross border real estate experience in banking, private equity and fund management having worked previously at the Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group.

A former Lombard Scholar and Freeman of London, Ed also holds an executive MBA from Regensburg University in Germany. Ed is a member of the AREF Residential Committee and Former Chair of the WCIB (Banking Guild) Associates Committee.

Mark Woodrow

Chief Operating Officer

Mark is Chief Operating Officer and has been with the business since inception. As a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years experience, he leads the Development side of the business – working with his dedicated team of Development Managers on all aspects of design, planning and construction.

He is a recognised developer across a large number of regeneration projects, transforming many new places and delivering 1,000s of homes. Mark joined the business from Grainger plc, where he was Director of Development, spending 10 years helping source and create the UK’s largest residential investment platform.

Jonathon Ivory

Chief Investment Officer

Jonathon is Chief Investment Officer and leads on investment across all strategies. Prior to joining Packaged Living, Jonathon was MD of Atlas Residential UK, North American multifamily owner operator, where he was responsible for the acquisition, funding and stabilisation of a 1200 home UK BtR portfolio with a GDV exceeding £250m.

Before joining Atlas, Jonathon ran the London office of Carlton Group, a New York headquartered global boutique real estate investment bank focussing on corporate finance advisory, debt / equity placement and commercial loan sales. Jonathon is a member of The British Property Federation Build to Rent Sub-Committee, The Urban Land Institute Residential Council, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Europe, Ministry of Housing Communities & Local Government Build to Rent Committee and a director of The UK Apartment Association.

Charles Allen

Non-Executive Director

Charles joined the Packaged Living Board in 2022 having previously held positions in the Corporate Finance team at Ernst & Young where he focused on capital raising, M&A and restructuring and BNP Paribas Real Estate where he focused on buying and leasing Central London assets. Charles is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is currently Head of UK Real Estate at Fiera Real Estate.

Ray Palmer

Chairman

Ray has specialised in development and investment for 50 years. He became Chief Executive of Lambert Smith Hampton in his early 20s and remained in this position until 1992 when he established Fiera Real Estate (formerly known as Palmer Capital). Ray is Chairman of eight of the property companies in which Fiera Real Estate has a shareholding including Packaged Living.
