Packaged Living is a finalist for Insiders’ North West Residential Property Awards

Insider recently released their final shortlist for the North West Residential Awards.

Packaged Living is delighted to have made the final shortlist for Insider’s North West Residential Awards for its scheme in Manchester, The Castings.

In September 2021, Packaged Living  and Fiera Real Estate UK  secured a forward funding agreement with CDL Hospitality Trustsfor The Castings, the 352-unit BTR scheme in Piccadilly East, Manchester, with a GDV of over £73m. Packaged Living and Fiera Real Estate UK were advised by Shoosmiths and Knight Frank. CDLHT was advised by CBRE and Ashurst.

Packaged and FRE UK successfully secured planning for a 220,000 sq ft BTR scheme comprising studio, 1,2 and 3-bedroom apartments significantly enhancing the area.

The Castings is one of Manchester’s newest and most exciting BTR developments, and so is a great contender for Insiders’ Deal of the Year Award.

The team is looking forward to celebrating this shortlisting at the results evening on 28th April.
