The site on Holdenhurst Road is currently home to a vacant 5-storey office building, a short walk from Bournemouth Central Station and with excellent transport links. Our development will further enhance the recent improvements to Holdenhurst Road to create a key pedestrian friendly route from the train station to the centre of Bournemouth and seafront, which is less than a 10 minute walk from the site.
