Packaged Living were appointed by asset owner and FTSE landlord Hammerson plc, to redevelop the former Debenhams store in Highcross Shopping Centre, Leicester. The development at St Peter’s Lane achieved planning consent for 305 homes and associated amenity spaces in January 2022.
The site is located within the heart of Leicester and is naturally a great location for rest, work and play.
