122 Old Hall Street is currently home to a vacant four storey purpose-built data centre and a hard-landscaped car park. A short walk from a number of central train stations as well as Liverpool’s waterfront which has benefitted from extensive investment in recent years through Liverpool Waters, our development will introduce two landmark residential towers with enhanced public realm at ground floor and improved cycle and pedestrian routes.
