Situated on the bank of the River Thames, Norman Place enjoys views of the waterfront and Christchurch Meadows to the north. The site has excellent transport links, just a minute walk from Reading train station.

Currently a redundant office building with extensive hard-landscaping and car parking, the development seeks to re-envisage the site to introduce high-quality architecture and active frontage along Vastern Road, as well as enhance the public realm along the towpath of the River Thames through landscaping. The development will create vibrancy and a sense of place and, in doing so, will reaffirm the connection between Reading town centre and the riverside.
