Packaged Living receive three shortlistings at Property Week’s RESI Awards
Packaged Living are a triple finalist at the RESI Awards.
After Property Week revealed their shortlist for the RESI Awards, Packaged Living is delighted to announce that they are a triple finalist.
The first shortlisting celebrates the recent partnership between Packaged Living’s Single Family Homes Platform and Aviva Investors, which is focused on the development and delivery of suburban rental housing across the UK . The Partnership will acquire and forward fund homes directly from housebuilders which will then be let to families, offering a flexible and affordable solution to the UK’s housing
shortage. The Partnership will target an EPC-A rating for the properties under development, offering highly energy-efficient homes designed to minimise energy usage and costs for families.
The second shortlisting recognises Packaged Living as one of the Large Developers of the Year. Launched in 2018, Packaged Living has quickly become one of the fastest growing BTR developers and operators in the UK. Boasting a pipeline of over 5,000 sustainable multi-family and single-family homes nationwide, Packaged Living is unparalleled in its ambition to become the leading name in developing and operating BTR communities. All Packaged Living’s projects are designed to meet the pressing need for new homes, enhancing the quality of life for a growing population. PLL’s developments support new jobs and provides vital investment with an average development creating 350+ construction roles
and 20+ full time positions.
Despite being a small team and with less than 4 years of being on the map, Packaged Living aspires to be market leaders in sustainable residential development with over 5,000 homes currently in development. Projects will contribute to a healthy and vibrant community whilst supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy. All PLL developments hit the highest ESG
benchmarks including BREEAM Excellent, code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and EPC
ratings of A.
The final shortlisting places us as a finalist for the PRS Deal of the Year category, alongside funding partner Fiera Real Estate. During 2021, Packaged Living and Fiera Real Estate partnered to acquire a tri-series of BTR projects in Cardiff, Southampton, and Bournemouth with a combined GDV of £330m. These schemes are breathing new life into the cities through high quality build & significant investment into public realm and the local economy.
