Deal of the Year (£50m – £250m)

January 2023 saw Packaged Living and Aviva Investors transact on the UK’s first large-scale forward funded single-family housing portfolio deal (Project Sole) with Dandara. The portfolio is made up of 527 homes in total with a GDV of £210m. The homes are situated across the South-East in Essex, Kent and Buckinghamshire.
